After your rental period ends, you will receive a prompt to rate and review the property and host. Reviews help improve the community experience.

Contact the host through the platform’s booking system to request an extension. Ensure additional payments are processed through FlexSpacez to maintain insurance coverage.

Each property has specific terms and conditions set by the host. Review the listing details and discuss planned activities with the host to ensure compliance.

You may file a public liability claim for incidents that occur during a booking. Claims must be submitted no later than 24 hours after the occurrence and must include valid evidence (e.g., photos, reports, receipts). Claims are only applicable to bookings made through FlexSpacez. Make a Claim

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation. Service charges and VAT are non-refundable.
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in.
Partial refund of 75 percent for cancellations made 24 hours before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made on the check-in date.

For Hosts

Sign up, select a subscription package, and upload property details.

FlexSpacez offers tiered plans to accommodate different needs and budgets.

Payments are held in your wallet once the renter checks in

Report damages immediately to claim coverage if the booking was completed on the platform.

Spacez such as event venues, residential properties, studios, or co-working Spacez can be listed, provided they meet FlexSpacez’s standards.

Hosts can cancel bookings with valid reasons at least 48 hours before check-in. Renters will receive a full refund within 72 hours. If the payout day falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. Frequent cancellations may result in suspension from the platform.

The platform provides transparent transactions, secure payments, and liability coverage for platform-approved bookings.

Yes, you can specify house rules and renter requirements in your listing to ensure a positive experience.

Account Management

Click “Sign Up,” provide the required details, and verify your email to activate your account.

Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Go to the “My Account” section to edit personal, payment, or subscription details.

FlexSpacez employs encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your data is protected.
